INTERNAL AUDIT MANAGER – PORT MORESBY
FinCorp is seeking an experienced and strategic Internal Audit Manager to join its team in Port Moresby.
Are you experienced in leading internal audits and strengthening organisational control environments? Do you have strong knowledge of risk, governance and compliance frameworks and the confidence to engage with senior management and Board-level stakeholders?

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and deliver the Annual Internal Audit Plan for approval by the Board/Audit Committee.
- Lead and conduct internal audits across the organisation.
- Provide independent assurance over risk management and governance frameworks.
- Monitor audit findings and report on the implementation of follow-up actions.
- Recommend improvements to internal controls, systems and business processes.
- Work closely with senior management and serve as a trusted internal advisor.
- Support compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- A degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in Internal Audit, Risk Management or Financial Services, preferably at management level.
- Strong knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management and internal control frameworks.
- Sound understanding of BPNG Prudential Standards and relevant legislation.
- Ability to confidently communicate and present information to senior leadership and Board-level stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, reporting, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- High levels of independence, integrity and professional judgement.
