TISA Bank Limited is seeking a qualified and motivated Credit Analyst (SME) to join our team. This role is key in evaluating business loan applications to ensure the creditworthiness of our clients, in line with our lending policies and credit standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Review loan application requirements and supporting documentation.
• Assess and validate business information.
• Analyze financial statements and ratios of businesses.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate credit risks.
• Process and submit applications for review and decision-making (approval/rejection) within agreed timelines.
• Maintain a portfolio of business loans, review reports, and manage non-performing loan files.
• Conduct annual reviews, renew insurance, and verify business licenses and certifications.
• Collaborate with Internal Audit and Compliance teams on credit inspections.
• Work effectively with Relationship Managers and Lending Assistants to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance, or a related field from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
• Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills.
