 PNG Marketing & Media Job: Agency Appointment for Digital Campaign

PNG DataCo is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified and experienced Media and Marketing Agencies to deliver a nationwide Integrated Digital Customer Awareness Campaign.

The campaign will promote PNG DataCo’s digital connectivity services including Connectivity, Cloud, Data Centre, GPON and LEO (Starlink) solutions across Papua New Guinea.

About PNG DataCo

PNG DataCo is Papua New Guinea’s national digital infrastructure provider delivering wholesale fibre connectivity, satellite services, cloud solutions and data centre services. The organisation is seeking a strategic marketing partner to support public awareness and customer education on its ICT and connectivity portfolio.

Project Objective

• The selected marketing agency will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive digital communication campaign aimed at:
• Increasing awareness of PNG DataCo services among government, enterprises, institutions and households
• Developing a unified brand narrative and targeted messaging strategy
• Delivering audience segmentation and engagement strategies
• Providing campaign performance reports, audience insights and optimisation recommendations

Eligibility Requirements

Interested agencies must demonstrate:

• Proven experience delivering telecommunications, ICT or technical marketing campaigns
• Strong strategic communication and digital marketing capability
• High quality creative and campaign management experience
• Ability to provide long-term support and performance monitoring

Evaluation will be based on experience, strategic approach, creative quality, technical capability and long-term partnership potential.

Shortlisted agencies will be invited to present their proposals to PNG DataCo.
