EMTV Graduate Development Program

Are you a recent graduate ready to start your career in media? EMTV, Papua New Guinea’s leading television network, is inviting passionate and self-driven graduates to apply for its 2026 Graduate Development Program.

This program offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience and be part of a dynamic team shaping stories that matter.

Program Streams:

1. News – Journalism
- Must be a recent graduate with a degree in Journalism or related fields.

2. Production
- Must hold a relevant degree, a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualifications.
- Practical production experience required (portfolio or showreel).

3. Accounting
- Must be a recent graduate with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.

4. Technical Engineering & ICT
- Must be a recent graduate with a degree in Communication Engineering, Applied Physics, Computer Science, or related fields.

5. Sales and Marketing
- Must be a recent graduate with a degree in Business Management, Sales & Marketing, or related fields.
