The company is headquartered in Lae with branch operations in Goroka and Mount Hagen, delivering services in transport, logistics, and workshop operations.

Available Job Positions

1. Senior Transport Operations Manager (Lae)

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transport Management, Business, or related field
• 8–10 years’ experience in transport/logistics operations
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Strong knowledge of fleet management and PNG transport systems
• Leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of safety, compliance, and risk management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

2. DG Escort Commander

• Certificate or Diploma in Dangerous Goods Management, Logistics, or Supply Chain
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in DG and Over-Dimensional convoy escort operations
• Valid Class 4/6 PNG Driver’s License
• Knowledge of DG compliance and operational procedures
• Experience in cyanide handling with certification
• Strong communication and computer skills (MS Word and Excel)
• Background in disciplined forces preferred

3. Highway Truck Drivers

• Valid Class 6 Driver’s License
• Minimum 5 years’ experience driving heavy vehicles
• Knowledge of PNG road conditions and safety practices
• Willingness to travel long distances and work flexible hours

4. Tradesmen (Workshop)

• Trade Certificate in Heavy Equipment, Diesel Mechanic, Auto Electrical, or related trade
• Minimum 5 years’ workshop experience
• Experience working with heavy machinery and vehicles
• Strong technical and mechanical skills

5. Senior Investigator

• Diploma or Degree in Law, Criminology, Security Studies, or related field
• Experience in investigations or compliance roles
• Strong analytical, reporting, and interviewing skills
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Background in disciplined forces preferred

6. Business Applications Administrator

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
• Minimum 3 years’ experience managing business applications
• Knowledge of ERP systems, databases, and reporting tools
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

7. Cost Accountant

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional certification preferred
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in cost accounting
• Strong financial analysis and reporting skills

8. Accounting Analyst

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• 2–3 years’ experience in financial analysis
• Knowledge of accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
