Air Niugini is seeking a qualified and experienced Payroll Admin Officer to join its Human Resource Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll, including leave, timesheets, overtime, allowances, and final entitlements
- Maintain payroll records and deductions in the Ramco Payce system
- Handle payroll queries and administrative tasks
- Ensure timely payment of Salary & Wages Tax (SWT) to IRC
- Reconcile payroll-related accounts accurately and on time
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
- Experience in payroll, office administration, and account reconciliation
- Knowledge of CHRIS/payroll systems preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work flexible hours
