Job: Payroll Admin Officer - Air Niugini

Air Niugini is seeking a qualified and experienced Payroll Admin Officer to join its Human Resource Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll, including leave, timesheets, overtime, allowances, and final entitlements
  • Maintain payroll records and deductions in the Ramco Payce system
  • Handle payroll queries and administrative tasks
  • Ensure timely payment of Salary & Wages Tax (SWT) to IRC
  • Reconcile payroll-related accounts accurately and on time


Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
  • Experience in payroll, office administration, and account reconciliation
  • Knowledge of CHRIS/payroll systems preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work flexible hours
