JOB 1 : COORDINATOR COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

Position: Coordinator Community Engagement

Location: Tabubil (FIFO)

Reporting to the Superintendent Sustainability Planning & CMCA, the successful candidate will manage and implement Community Relations and Sustainability activities across Tabubil, Mine Villages, and CMCA communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop CMCA review plans in consultation with the Superintendent
• Coordinate CMCA engagement projects with relevant departments
• Communicate key company messages to impacted communities
• Prepare and maintain ESG-related KPI reports
• Compile community consultation and patrol reports
• Support CGMS application processes and maintain engagement channels
• Assist in resolving community grievances related to land and compensation
• Identify and monitor risks associated with CMCA projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications for Development, Social Work, Agriculture, Public Relations, or related field
• 5–10 years’ relevant experience in the mining or resource sector
• Knowledge of PNG Compensation Agreement Framework and legislation
• Understanding of ESG requirements
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a team

JOB  2: CARGO RECEIVABLE OFFICER

Ok Tedi Mining Limited (OTML) is a leading PNG-owned mining company operating a world-class open-pit copper, gold, and silver mine. We are committed to responsible operations and creating lasting benefits for Papua New Guinea, driven by a skilled and dedicated workforce.

• Position: Cargo Receivable Officer
• Reference: 20002772
• Location: Kiunga (FIFO)

Reporting to the Supervisor Kiunga Logistics, the successful candidate will oversee the administration of all import and export cargo operations by sea and land.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue cargo manifests for sea and land shipments
• Conduct physical inspections and verify cargo at port
• Ensure compliance with import and export regulations
• Track and document all cargo movements
• Represent the company in meetings with shipping agents and stakeholders
• Process duty refunds and tariff reclassifications when required
• Coordinate transportation and storage of imported goods

Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 12 certificate
• Certificate or Diploma in Logistics or related field
• At least 5 years’ experience in logistics operations
• Valid Class 1 PNG driver’s license
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and teamwork
