Savvana Constructions Ltd is seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to fill the position of Branch Manager – Northern Province. The successful candidate will oversee and manage all branch operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, safety, and profitability across all activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily civil construction works for building and road projects
• Allocate labour, equipment, materials, and logistics to meet project deadlines
• Oversee coordination between civil works, quarry production, and workshop operations
• Manage crusher and brick production to meet internal and approved external demands
• Ensure quarry materials meet engineering standards and quality requirements
• Maintain all machinery, plant, and vehicles in good working condition
• Implement preventive maintenance programs with the Workshop Foreman
• Enforce Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 standards
• Supervise staff performance, discipline, attendance, and conduct
• Maintain accurate operational records and submit reports to management

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum of 8 to 10 years experience in civil construction operations
• Proven experience managing quarry operations, plant, and workshops
• Strong leadership, reporting, and operational management skills
• Good understanding of PNG construction standards and regulations
