About the Graduate Development Program

NICTA’s 24-month Graduate Development Program is designed to equip young graduates with practical skills, industry exposure, and leadership capabilities through structured learning and professional development.

• Mentorship from experienced ICT and industry professionals
• Departmental rotations to build diverse skillsets
• Workshops and on-the-job training

Eligible Fields of Study

• Electrical Engineering (Communications)
• Computer Science
• Economics
• Accounting
• Business Management

Eligibility Requirements

• Final-year students or recent graduates
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 (B grade average)
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Passion for ICT, innovation, and national development
• Applicants aged between 18–30 years
• Team player with high professionalism

Shortlisted candidates will undergo assessments including interviews and psychometric testing. Final selection requires a pre-employment medical check.
