Fulbright Foreign Student Scholarship – Papua New Guinea
The U.S. Embassy is now accepting applications from Papua New Guinea citizens for the fully funded Fulbright Foreign Student Scholarship, supporting up to two years of postgraduate study in the United States.
- Deadline: Wednesday, 30 April 2026, 11:59 p.m. (PNG time)
- Study Areas: MA, MS, MPA, LLM
Benefits include: full tuition, monthly living allowance, return airfare, health insurance, and professional development activities.
Eligibility: PNG citizens residing in PNG with a four-year bachelor’s degree, at least two years’ work experience, strong academic record, leadership qualities, and good English skills. Applicants must commit to returning to PNG after completion.
