Airways Residences Limited is a five-star residence conveniently located next to Jacksons International Airport, providing world-class accommodation, hospitality and guest services.

  • Watercart Driver
  • Truck Driver – Hino 500
  • On-Site Transport Driver – Buggy
  • Transport Coordinator
  • Maintenance Supervisor
  • Duty Manager

1. Watercart Driver

The Watercart Driver will operate the watercart truck to transport and distribute water to designated locations while maintaining safe and compliant site operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate the watercart truck in accordance with traffic laws and company policies.
  • Collect and transport water from designated sources to the property.
  • Conduct pre-start and post-operation vehicle inspections.
  • Perform basic checks on oil, brakes, tyres, pumps, hoses and valves.
  • Maintain accurate water delivery, mileage and maintenance records.
  • Coordinate water delivery schedules with supervisors.
  • Report mechanical problems, accidents and delays promptly.
  • Follow workplace health and safety requirements.

Requirements

  • Current Class 4 driver's licence.
  • Valid commercial or heavy vehicle licence or equivalent.
  • Experience operating watercart trucks is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of truck water systems and pumps.
  • Good understanding of traffic regulations and safety procedures.
  • Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.

2. Truck Driver – Hino 500

The Truck Driver will safely operate a Hino 500 truck to provide staff pick-up and drop-off services as required by the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate the Hino 500 on assigned routes.
  • Transport staff to and from work sites and company locations.
  • Ensure passenger safety at all times.
  • Conduct daily inspections of oil, brakes, tyres and lights.
  • Keep the vehicle clean and properly maintained.
  • Comply with traffic laws and company safety procedures.
  • Maintain trip logs, fuel records and transport reports.
  • Report mechanical faults, accidents and incidents immediately.

Requirements

  • Current Class 4 and Class 6 driver's licences.
  • Proven experience operating medium or heavy-duty trucks.
  • Good knowledge of road safety regulations.
  • Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance checks.
  • Physically fit, reliable and responsible.

3. On-Site Transport Driver – Buggy

The On-Site Transport Driver will provide safe, courteous and timely transportation for guests while supporting an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate company buggies to transport guests and luggage.
  • Welcome guests and provide professional assistance during arrival and departure.
  • Assist with luggage handling and provide directions around the property.
  • Ensure buggies are clean, safe and operational before each shift.
  • Conduct routine vehicle safety checks.
  • Report maintenance issues promptly.
  • Follow traffic, health, safety and company procedures.
  • Respond promptly to guest transportation requests.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism.
  • Assist other operational departments when required.

Requirements

  • Valid Class 3 driver's licence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, professional and customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays and evenings.
  • Physically fit and able to assist with luggage.

4. Transport Coordinator

The Transport Coordinator will coordinate daily transportation operations, including staff pick-up and drop-off services, to ensure reliable and efficient transport operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily staff pick-up and drop-off schedules.
  • Monitor vehicle availability, maintenance schedules and compliance requirements.
  • Respond to transportation issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate transport records, reports and operational documentation.
  • Ensure transport activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

  • Current Class 4 and Class 6 driver's licences.
  • Diploma or Certificate in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Logistics, Transport Management or a related field.
  • Minimum two years' experience in transport coordination or logistics.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and transport scheduling systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

5. Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities, coordinate contractors and lead the maintenance team to ensure the property remains safe, functional and well maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead maintenance technicians.
  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Work with Housekeeping, Front Office and other departments to prioritise maintenance requirements.
  • Manage maintenance schedules and coordinate vendors and contractors.
  • Supervise the daily work of maintenance technicians and porter staff.
  • Prioritise and resolve resident or guest service requests.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance requirements and safety hazards.
  • Manage maintenance supplies, tools and equipment.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs covering HVAC, plumbing, electrical and building systems.
  • Ensure maintenance work complies with building codes, safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • At least three years' property or facilities maintenance experience.
  • Minimum two years' experience in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical and structural systems.
  • Valid driver's licence where required.
  • Strong leadership, planning and problem-solving skills.

6. Duty Manager

The Duty Manager will oversee daily property operations and provide leadership across departments to ensure excellent guest service, staff performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance and Guest Services.
  • Address guest enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
  • Lead, motivate and support staff to achieve service excellence.
  • Monitor staffing levels and assist with scheduling and shift coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety and company policies.
  • Manage operational issues and make effective decisions during shifts.
  • Prepare daily operational reports and communicate updates to management.
  • Oversee overall daily property operations.
  • Monitor essential services and facilities, including generators and water tanks.

Requirements

  • Diploma or qualification in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum two to three years' experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality or tourism.
  • Strong leadership and team-management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays and evenings.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in hospitality management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
