World Vision Papua New Guinea is inviting applications from qualified and motivated professionals to join the UNICEF Smarter and Safer Schools Project. The successful candidates will support education initiatives that promote safe, inclusive, resilient and child-friendly learning environments in Central, Morobe and Western Highlands provinces. There are 3 positions available.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement the Smarter and Safer Schools Project.
- Promote life skills, child protection and school safety programs.
- Support schools with disaster risk reduction, climate resilience and safeguarding activities.
- Deliver training and technical support to teachers, school leaders and education officers.
- Work closely with government agencies, communities and development partners.
- Monitor project activities, prepare reports and document project outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with Child Safeguarding, Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse, and Accountability to Affected Populations standards.
Requirements
- Degree in Education, Social Sciences, Psychology, Child Development, International Development or a related field.
- Two to five years of experience in education, child protection, life skills or school safety programs.
- Experience working with schools, teachers and education authorities.
- Strong communication, coordination, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with UNICEF, United Nations agencies or non-government organisations will be an advantage.
