•  AREA PROGRAMME MANAGER
• Location: Arawa, Autonomous Region of Bougainville
• Employment Type: Fixed-Term | Full-Time

World Vision Papua New Guinea is seeking an experienced Area Programme Manager to lead and oversee programme implementation in the Arawa Area Programme, ensuring projects are delivered effectively and contribute to improved child wellbeing and community development.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting of programmes.
• Manage programme budgets, resources and grants.
• Build and maintain partnerships with government, donors and communities.
• Ensure compliance with organisational, financial and safeguarding standards.
• Provide leadership, mentoring and performance management for programme staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (Master's degree advantageous).
• Minimum five years' programme management experience, preferably in the NGO/development sector.
• Strong leadership, financial management and project management skills.
• Experience in monitoring, evaluation and report writing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
